Rise and shine🐣! I’m so glad to see everyone staying in and cooking at home recently - so have I 🥰

I’ve developed this recipe for @rapha_asia for our RCC members, striking a balance between palatability and good nutrition. It is easy to make, wrap it up in cling film and voilà, you have your riding fuel or perfect recovery snack 🚴🏻. The whole wheat flour, chia seeds and bananas contribute to more fibre, helping us stay fuller for longer periods of time!
